Hey y'all! I have been taking some kickboxing
lessons lately and I am really excited about it.
It is making me really tired so I am sorry if I haven't
been replying to all of your emails as much as I
usually do. A girl just needs some sleep sometimes.


I started taking them for two reasons really. First
of all I wanted to get some extra cardio in my workouts.
I also figured that while I was doing the extra cardio,
why not learn a little self defense while I am at it? A girl
can never be too careful these days. There are guys
out there that just want to take it and not earn it if you
know what I mean! :)


Now let me tell you the real reason why I started
taking these lessons. A friend of mine is a member
at the gym and I went with him to workout one day.
I just wanted to see him in some tight workout clothes.
We are just friends and all but I can never keep my
eyes or my hands off of a very hunky man. Anyway,
while we were working out I peaked into the
cardio room and saw the kickboxing class going on.
